Mr. Devarapalli Ramesh Babu is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and also holds Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications. He has rich experience of over thirty-five years in the designing, engineering and production of Industrial Automation, Instrumental Products, Process Controls and Production Equipment. Apart from the Engineering field, he also holds experience in Industrial Relations, Personnel Management and Administration. Hands on experience in designing, engineering, installation, automation of PLC Systems in
major Industrial Plants. A keen Strategist with the flair for Designing and
Implementing Innovative Automation Systems.

Ms Roja Ramani Jayanthi has completed her Post-Graduation in Master of Business Administration and Master of Commerce and is also a semi – qualified Cost Accountant. She is having more than two decades of experience in various positions and fields of Accounts and Financing functions. She actively supervises the finalisation of Annual Accounts and Internal Audits.  She also has experience in handling Direct and Indirect Taxation matters.

Mr Homi Percy Italia is a Qualified Chartered Accountant by Profession and has been continuing his practice for over thirty-seven years. He is having expertise in the Financial Management, Business Management, Business Strategy, Taxation and Advisory Services. A Dynamic Finance Professional, an expert in all aspects of Financial Operations, Accounts, Taxation and Statutory Compliances including Project Financing, Working Capital Consortium Funding, Cash Flow Management, Strategic Planning and Forecasting and Internal Controls. Owing to his rich varied experience in finance domain, he has been appointed as Independent Director on the Board for ensuring governance in the Organisation.

Mr. Revoor Ramchandra is a Qualified Mechanical Engineer by Profession and has over thirty-five years of experience across various organisations. Apart from having expertise in the engineering segment, he also has rich experience in administrative and marketing fields and has also held designated posts in various organisations during his professional career. A Dynamic Professional having administrative and managerial skills; he has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board for ensuring Governance in the Organisation.

Mr. Prakash Rao has completed his Post-Graduation in Master of Business Administration (Finance) and Master of Commerce. He is Senior Management Professional with over thirty years of experience in the fields of Financial Management, Treasury Operations, Accounts and Taxation and Budgeting, etc. He has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Mr. Rakesh Kumar is a Qualified Company Secretary. He holds experience in Company Law, Secretarial Matters, Accounts, Taxation and Statutory Compliances. He has been appointed as the Company Secretary on the Board for facilitating Corporate Governance and Secretarial matters.
